Ferndale, MI, June 16, 2010. Ferndale, MI approves occupancy for Clinical Relief, a medical marijuana clinic.

Clinical Relief, LLC, a patient resource clinic for medical marijuana consultation, certification and medication has operated for over one month within the city of Ferndale, MI. The modern loft office building provides a safe and profesional alternative for patients to have access to the uninterupted use of medicinal grade marijuana. City officials and local law enforcement officers have toured the facility and are working in tandem with the organization to chart the future of this uncertain law. Fernadale is the first metro Detroit city to acknowledge a clinic and grant zoning approval.

The owners were complimented on their professionalism and respect for current state and HIPPA laws by the visiting Ferndale city officials. "We met with city officials in Ferndale, shared our business plan and look forward to working with such a great and compassionate city." said Nick Agro, a partner with the group.

"The facility does not allow consumption of medication on site or the cultivation of plants, but does provide professional advice and truly helps patients. We are trying to be the benchmark for other clinics in the state. We followed all laws and have invested a lot of time and resources to become the model for this industry. Our clinic is not only compliant with state law but also a profesional and safe clinic setting that patients feel comfortable visiting." says Agro.

"We are looking to first help patients and also remain compliant with state and local government. We intend to expand and have sought counsel with the Rasor Law Firm to help navigate through this often unclear law in order to remain compliant." Stated Ryan Richmond, a partner with the organization and local businessman.

Approved by voters in November 2008, the act authorizes the use of marijuana to alleviate certain debilitating medical conditions including cancer, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS positive, cachexia; severe pain; severe nausea; seizures, including those that are characteristic of epilepsy; or persistent muscle spasms, including those that are characteristic of multiple sclerosis. Assuming you suffer from chronic pain or other symptoms above Clinical Relief can certify your use of medical marijuana and provide a medical grade supply of medication.
