Changing Address/residence

Just went and got all certified by the doctor yesterday, My question is this, i want to send in all my papers to get the process rolling but, I know im going to be moving here in a month or so, but i dont know exactally where to? Whats the process for changing address, and am i allowed to grow at my new address till the change of address papers come back?

Scratch that mod delete this post i searched for a few more hours and finally found the change of address form thanks.
