What are the restrictions on who you can choose for a caregiver... Can I use an out of state caregiver?

Well the CG can't participate in the Michigan Medical Program and get a Michigan card if they do not live in Michigan, the CG can't deliver the meds unless its in person and you have no protection outside of Michigan so I do not understand why you would want to do this nor do I see how you could legally do it.
