Air Circulation Help Needed

Hoping someone could help me figure out the HVAC please.

-flowering area is 6x6 the dotted line represents where a wall will go in the future to have a 5x6 veg area.

-currenly have 1000w HPS in 4" sealed hood w/4" fan, but will be changing to 2 600w in 6" sealed hoods

-all outer walls go outside, but some stealth is needed. Duct work can go to the soffit if need be.

 

How would you set it up?

how do I incorporate dehumidifier, heate/AC (what room does it go in)?

where do I get the air to cool the lights?
