Ventilating My Grow Box

Help...I have a brand new grow box..it is 36" wide 30" deep and 60" tall...I will be using a 400 watt bulb what do I need to cool this box down? #2?, is florencence light better ?

A air cooled hood and 150 to 250cfm vent fan should do with the 400. With florescence you can get by with just a 150 to 250cfm vent
