does anyone know how long it's taking to get a new card if you send in a change form. when i sent in my original ap i was going to have my cargiver grow my plants but i have since decided to pssess them myself just wondering if it's going to be another 4 months or if changes are processed faster like the renewals?. thank you to all that reply back.
