Here's an article on the East Bay near Frisco and how all this marijuana / cannabis thing MAY play out there since they passed some new PRO-cannabis rules.

One significant thing not addressed. Some in the medical marijuana community along with quasi-legal cultivators standing in opposition to legalization for fear of losing territory and profit margins. Could play a role given how close this may be.
