Turned out great!


Took a canning jar put in half cup EVO, 2 cloves garlic, and 1/8 really good bud and put in a large pot with rack in it to keep jar off bottom of pan. simmered 4 hours the last few minuts I added a few fresh sage leafs than strained through muslin cloth onto cook farfalle pasta shredded some parm, salt, pepper and sprinkled fresh italian parsley.
