The Marijuana Medication Theft By Leo In Recent Raids

The marijuana plants taken by LEO in recent, OR ANY, Michigan LEO raids after the passing of the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act is LEGALLY considered medicinal marijuana; MEDICINE. When people are not found breaking the law and abiding by it, once that has been proven, law enforcement officers must not be allowed to steal, pocket, or damage property and medication that lawfully belongs to the victim of police error, misconduct, and misjudgment.

By law it is recognized as medication and it was state LEO that took them. In Colorado and in some other MM states, local LEO has to make sure MM plants they have taken are maintained and cared for should they have to be returned after court hearings and people are proven to have not been breaking state law.

Aside from all of that, WHAT IS HAPPENING TO EVERY SINGLE PLANT AND EVERY SINGLE AMOUNT OF CASH ILLEGALLY OBTAINED FROM LEGIT MM CARD HOLDERS BY LOCAL LEO?

THAT MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR. The local LEO MUST STOP BEING ALLOWED TO STEAL EVIDENCE, or consume it. THE CASH IS A BIG RACKET FOR LOCAL LEO TOO!!

Someone out there reading this knows more about this particular issue. Please register and post that information to help, especially when you know it is wrong.

I know without a doubt Oakland County Sheriff employees are reading about what this forum is posting about. Hopefully not all of them are corrupt and hoping some care about doing what is right.
