Newbie Looking For Information

Hello. I'm looking to become a caregiver and I have a few questions. Some of these questions might sound a little ridiculous but I really need some help for this.

 

1. I live in an area where they've established a moratorium on new growing. Can I still register as a caregiver?

 

2. If I can register, can I grow outside of my town?

 

3. Would I be able to grow at a residence of one of my patients if they're okay with the idea or would I have to rent a place?

you can grow 12 plants and have 2.5 oz if you are a patient why do you want to be a caregiver you should grow for your self first to see how it grows but as for your questions

 

1 yes you need a patient for that but if your town says no to growing and theres an ordance

your stuck but state law as long as you are 21 and no feloneys good to grow

 

2 yes nothing in the law about where you grow just need to be enclosed and locked
