Michigan Links: Many Gray Areas Still Exist Between Medical Marijuana Law And Employers' Rights

Recommended Posts

A seminar hosted for human resource managers examined employers rights for enforcing drug policies under the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act. For now, employers can prohibit workers from using marijuana while working on company property, but whether they can fire a registered patient for testing positive has yet to be determined by the courts.
