No 'change' has occurred related to 'cannabis' that I can see.

We got change. They stopped publicizing medical marijuana raids and started sealing the court cases.

The right wing attacks us in the name of family values and the children. The left wing attacks us in the name of fighting poverty and corporate greed. Each side never repeals what the other does and each moves us further away from freedom in the areas their voters will allow them to go. All while rallying us behind them by playing us against each other.
