Do You Need A Caregiver If Your Under 21 ?

do yo need a caregiver if your under 21 ? someone was just telling me this but i thought an 18 yr old could be their own caregiver. i thought you had to be 21 to be someones caregiver and maybe that confused this person. But i could be the confused one it happens from time to time:) can someone please clear this up for me asap. thanks again everyone.

18 or older require no caregiver, and as you stated, you need to be 21 or older to be a caregiver.
