Caregivers Rights?

Does the law state anything about what rights a caregiver has when it comes to cops randomly searching his grow? My understanding is that they can just bust up in your place at any time. Also is the 2.5 ounce limit the amount you can carry on you or just the total amount you can ever have? I'm curious since if you grow more than one plant chances are you will yield more than 2.5 ounces and since you will probably have it in your possession for quite a while at least until you're done processing it.

question 1. you have the same rights as patients when it comes to searches(as long you have cards for all your pts.)question 2. you can have 21/2 ozs per patient(labeled with their name). hope this is what you need to know

My understanding is their going to need a warrant. Or more than a couple to get in.

 

We have the same rights as any other citizen when it comes to our legal health care & our privacy.

 

No one came to inspect my morphine supply.

 

2.5 at a time anywhere in your possession. Can't have 2 on the road with you & 2 more at home. 2.5 total dried usable meds.
