Caregiver/patient Question

sg

Recommended Posts

I am a licensed patient, my husband is my caregiver. My card reads that I am not allowed to possess plant. I am interested in also becoming a caregiver and I would like to aquire a patient. I'm a little confused as to how to go about that. I understand the change forms necessary but my question is if my husband is my caregiver and I become a caregiver for another patient, do I have to change my caregiver to myself, if I aquire a patient, or can my husband still remain as my caregiver? Just want to make sure I do it correctly.

The interesting question do they get to 'share' the grow room? Or does each have to be in it's own locked, enclosed facility?

Under this logic they would be able to have up to 120 plants in the house assuming 2 caregivers with 5 patients each. 132 if she made herself her own caregiver. I am afraid to predict what a court will do if they are presented with that situation.
