Just putting this out there,i am a registered user with another name on here but not willing to share that info right now. but we would like to sell our home,seeing how we are MMJ pt's dont really just want to sell it to just anybody or have a trail of traffic through our house with a real estate agent etc. But we have a 3 bedroom 8 acres 2 1/2 acre private pond,spring fed pond at that. close to battle creek but in barry county. walk out basment,fireplace and pole barn. very quiet surroundings with lots of wild life. country living at its best. we wouldnt be looking to move until this spring. i dont know what the appraised value is right now wiht the market the way it is. but if you've been looking for a house PM me and we can talk.
