My First Patient Just A Quick Question About Registering

Hello !

 

I have found my First Patient. He used to grow on his own but is unable to currently. He has already gone through the application process and has paid the $100. In order for me to become his caregiver do i need to do this application over again with me on as his caregiver ?

 

Kinda sucks if thats the case. I have looked and looked and have yet to find anything on the Michigan Department of Community health website about this situation.

all you and him(her) have to do is fill out a change of caregiver papers and send in with $10.00 to the state. speaking of state GO GREEN AND WHITE.
