Colbert Report Covers Cannabis.

Sounds like our man, Colbert of the 'Colbert Report' might just want to see Prop 19 pass this November 2nd.

 

Of course Prop 19 is the ballot proposal in California to 'legalize cannabis' for public use.

 

If passed this could have a HUGE impact upon other States in terms of 'legalizing'.
