just a quick post just venting here ok . when is lansing gonna get there head out of there donkey and stop ripping patients off. 117 days waiting for card for one of my patients. man i know alot of people out of work wright now that would work for minimun wage just to have a job, and theese blood suckers at the mdch say there understaffed and oh yea dont even try to call them or leave a message they wont call you back. even e-mailed. wtf... oh and last off dont bother calling if you are a caregiver, they wont speak to you. patients only was the last i was told... and that was only after 17 e-mails...
