Michigan's Reburies A Governor

With another allegedly "Free" and so-called "Election Day" just around the end of this month's corner, now might just be "a good time" to carefully consider how Michigan State treats it's "chosen" people to have placed in positions of "Head of State".

Here's one of a number of relative articles about the recent travels (more like travails) of Michigan State's first "Boy Governor":

And here's "a little something" that certainly at least has the potential to be "relative":

"Childish leaders oppress my people, and women rule over them. O my people, your leaders mislead you; they send you down the wrong road."

Lincoln was reburied a couple times as well, mostly because of grave robbers and those that wanted to desecrate the body...

Lincoln's "burial" was certainly more of a public parade than a "lying in state," to say the least; And, for sure, I do agree.

Michigan State has, abysmally, too many bloody ties to the "Civil War"; And, another "war" we're also all too familiar with.

Certainly, there is much more to "that whole story" than "meets the eye".

Musky, dusky things like "Liberty Heads," and "Indian Treaties" and fur-bearing animals and empires and stocks come to mind. As do wooly caps and lengthy poles and metalic icons.

Oh, what a heavy sigh to think of all the torrid tales that copper mines and islands and ore ships do tell! Along with the sagas of railroads, international banks and sulfide mines too.

But, hey! After all, some may not help but question, maybe all the more so today, what on earth - or in the World - does the founding of a country and states of war have to do with our "constitutional rights" and our "civil liberties," and our "Freedoms" to chose or not to consume a wonderful, medicinal herb called Cannabis in Michigan / America AD 2010!?

Plenty!

At least, plenty more than any of us ever asked for.

Thanks, JCM!

Which reminds me, Arlo Guthrie is ballading away for the people's soul of freedom and truth and compassion at the Calumet Theater tomorrow night!

Thanks, Arlo and ALL!
