The Transfer Of Hydro Clones

I need to transfer 12 clones (romulan Diesel,White Ice, The Church, and Sour Cream). They are in a clone machine.

Need to transfer to a new patient. whats the best way to do this. They are all well rooted. Please any help would be great.

wrap the roots in wet paper towel and place them in a snug fitting container that wont let them bounce around too much and off you go! if he is going into soil or soiless you could just plant them in dixie cups which the patient could keep them in for a week or so (i always like to before up potting to 1 or 2 gal).

Hes transfering them in is ebb and flow system. So just wrap them up in moist papertowel, Got Ya Thanks alot
