Supreme Court Redux- Whats The Deal For The Mmma

The new Supreme Court has been discussed before but I am hoping for a straight answer here. I have heard the court is now in Republican hands by 4-3 but one or more of the Republican judges leans libertarian.

 

What is the truth? Which one(s) lean libertarian? What was the vote count on any recent medical marijuana Supreme Court case (I don't know of any- just the marijuana metabolites in driving case: So which judges voted for that who are still on the court?).

 

Inquiring minds!

 

Everybody is freaking out over the Repubics taking over and the Tea Party victories- but I thought they were the party of freedom and all that.

 

The Tea Party is a mix of conservative religious fundamentalist God and country types(and some catholics) and a LARGE GROUP of decidedly libertarian fiscal conservatives Also a scattering of radicals, racists and other assorted filth. Are they really going to "come after us."
