A2 Caregiver Co-op, based in Ann Arbor, is a non-profit. Our purpose is to connect Patients and Caregivers.

 

Our Co-op Caregivers are able to provide medicine and services to any MMMA Qualifying Patient via Home Delivery.

 

A Qualifying Patient does not need to designate a Co-op Caregiver as their Primary Caregiver but you MUST be a Qualifying Patient under the MMMA.

 

Patients who designate a Co-op Caregiver as their Primary Caregiver receive free items and special offers.

 

If you are a MMMA Qualifying Patient we can refer you to a Qualified Primary Caregiver.
