Medical Marijuana Lawsuit Heard In Great Falls

Three patients went before Judge Thomas McKittrick in Great Falls on Wednesday in an effort to halt the current city ban on medical marijuana businesses.

 

One side says the medical marijuana business ban puts caregivers at risk for distributing in a home, while the other side says that was not the intent of the ordinance.
