Looking For A Quality Caregiver In The Cheboygan Area.

I am looking for a caregiver in the Cheboygan or surrounding area. I am looking for both Sativa and Indica. I have lower back issues as well as some anxiety that i deal with. I'm not an everyday smoker just when it gets more then i can take(which seems like a lot more then it used to be) Any info would be great. I know there is a club here in Cheboygan but i'm just checking my options. Thanks in advance. Also do i have to have a caregiver before i send in my paper work?

Or can i take my paper work into these collective stores i see around? UGH!! Confused!
