can some one explain this in lamens terms instead of lawyer talk i'm a patient caregiver with three patients and from what i understand from reading a small portion of the ordinance, which im sure passed it sounds like i either have to move or pay for a liscense and be subject to inspection. oh and it has to have a separate entrance or not be connected to the main dwelling? this is ridiculous im about to give up cant afford to move thats for sure
