When To Start Growing

I'm a newby on growing.

Got my approval from the state to be a patient.

Do I need to start with new clones and seeds or can I buy plants that are foot tall?

On here and on Craigs List under Health and Beauty you can buy plants of any height or state of development for which you have the cash. Probably will need to show your card and DL and maybe papers copies of the papers you filed too but if you have $ you can aquire your choice of plant.
