Grow Tent Venting

I've decided to use a small grow tent indoors. The 2' x 4' tent will be in a large closet and will have three to four plants.

 

1.What can I use to vent that will be the least noisy and obtrusive?

2.Are there fans/blowers that are quieter than others?

3.I plan on having a filter. Is it installed inside or outside the tent?

4.Lighting: Will venting be sufficient to keep heat in check from a 400 watter? Will be using a bubbler.
