Looking For A Caregiver In The Ann Arbor Area

Hello, I have a patient that I want to get rid of, he is a good patient for someone who harvests alot because he always wants more. I'm sick of him trying to get his hands on my other patients meds. I'm going to print off the caregiver change form and go through the process, but it would be nice to have another caregiver already lined up for him.
