Can We Sue The Drug Czar Under Title 42 Section 1983?

Does this not sound like the Drug Czar is Required to Lie by Law to you.

But we can not produce such a vehicle in the Car State without importing Hemp from Gov. Granholm's friends in Canada because the plant that can not get you High is a form of Cannabis which is a Schedule 1 Narcotic.

 

I believe that our Government wants us to die at an early age so that they do not have the Liability of paying out on the Social Security Empire that they have created. By keeping Industrial Hemp illegal in this Phobia that the Government has created it is Decreasing our Oxygen Levels and Increasing our Carbon Dioxide Levels in the Air thus Creating Global Warming.

Now it is common sense that an acre of trees take a long time to grow. The leaves on a plant take in Carbon Dioxide and Produce Oxygen. Humans consume Oxygen and produce Carbon Dioxide. The Cannabis Plant could in fact be the Tree of Life.

 

Now how does god feel about the cannabis plant?

For the answer to that I would ask you to open your Bible to the First Chapter. It is the book of Genesis. The 11th and 12th verse of Genesis Chapter 1 reads as follows in the King James Bible.

"11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.

12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good."

 

Does anyone see anywhere in this passage that God made any Exemptions of plants he seen as good? Every Plant has a purpose on this earth therefore.

 

For a Drug to be Listed on the Schedule 1 Narcotic List it must have no Medical Purpose. How is increasing our oxygen supply not a medical purpose?
