Why is the Michigan medical marijuana Act of 2008 not enacted into the states' consitution? The M.M.M.A has been introduced into the state legislature but not the consitution! Does this mean that we who have registered with the Michigan Department of community health have no protection from local, or state prosecution? Why dosen't the M.D.C.H "over-see" or "regulate" the compliance of the Medical marijuana act, instead of our local and state law enforcment agencies?
