I suffer from anxiety attacks, chronic migraines, nausea, leg pains, neck and back pain. Are the first three enough to qualify me for medical marijuana or do I need to also have a diagnosis that explains my leg, neck, and back pain to qualify?

Chronic anxiety is not covered but migraines alone should do it...I just sent you a PM.
