Chauffeur's License

Hi all! I have a medical marijuana card. Soon I will be going in for my bi-annual DOT Physical. They will NOT be drug testing me.

 

My only concern is if they will be able to find out I have a medical marijuana card? I will not be informing them, I am just wondering if they will be able to find out on their own?

 

I do not need my employer to find out and cause me any stress.

I see no way they would learn your MMMP status. The Program can't divulge info short of a Federal Court order as we've seen recently. Also, I have an Enhanced Chauffeur license I got after receiving my patient ID card and there were no issues.
