InterceptorP71
Hi Everyone, I had a similar post like this last week, but I have redesigned all of my thoughts so I'm starting a new thread for feedback. If the Moderators feel the 2 topics should be merged then please do so. I am the designated Care Giver for my wife and I would like to build my own cabinets to grow her medicine. I've looked at the pre-made systems out there, but the expense of those I really can't justify when I feel confident I can do it myself. These 2 cabinets will in a spare room in our home. I have selected these cabinets to use. Flowering: http://www.lowes.com/ProductDisplay?partNumber=93028-74757-7306015&langId=-1&storeId=10151&productId=3062213&catalogId=10051&cmRelshp=req&rel=nofollow&cId=PDIO1 Cloning/Vegging/Mother: http://www.lowes.com/pd_92960-74757-7305015_4294857685+4294851253_4294937087_?productId=3062175&Ns=p_product_prd_lis_ord_nbr|0||p_product_qty_sales_dollar|1&pl=1¤tURL=%2Fpl_Ameriwood_4294857685%2B4294851253_4294937087_%3FNs%3Dp_product_prd_lis_ord_nbr|0||p_product_qty_sales_dollar|1&facetInfo=Ameriwood Attached is what the design I am thinking. The Mom will be in soil, while everything else will be done in Bubble Buckets. I have not yet decided what exhaust fan I am going to go with for the flowering cabinet, which is why it isn't noted. The Clone/vegging/mom cabinet I'm still deciding what route I am going with the entire ventilation system. I have read that since I am going with CFL's I will not need as aggressive ventilation like the flowering cabinet. I'm going with a more shallow of a cabinet for the second one so that I can have both flush in the front, yet install shelves on the back for nutrients, ballast, air pump and whatever else is necessary. Locks will be installed on both cabinets and the room they will go into is already locked. Also attached is a view as to how I plan to do the bottom of both cabinets for the ventilation. Any input is greatly appreciated.
