My card will be expiring on Oct. 1, 2011 and I need to setup my renewal. Southlake did my recert last year and I've been unable to reach anyone at the practice. Has anyone worked with them recently? They handled my recert very efficiently last year and I'd prefer going with them again if I could reach someone there. Any assistance provided would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
