Cheboygan County Zoning Ordnance

so it looks like cheboygan county has voted in an ordnance that will make a caregiver go to the county building and register there grow with them and rezone your house....what kind of B.S is this......

 

there are so many "what ifs" i just don't understand this thing.....the way it looks i have to tell the county about myself,i cant have a patient at my house during certain times of the day,my patients cant medicate at my grow location,only 2 patients can visit at 1 time?sound kinda ffffed up to you?

 

 

ok so what happens if we don't register with the zoning board,or what if my patient lives with me does s/he have top leave to use her medicine,does she have to move out because there ordnance says no patients after 8pm?

 

 

 

this hole thing is a load and i know im prolly not signing up screw cheboygan county.....

 

hopefully some of our better known residents can help repeal this ordnance and make it more in line with the medical marijuana act,,,,

 

 

 

so any cheboygan county residents or anyone else wanna put there 2 cents in?
