Kudos to Gov. Christine Gregoire of Washington and Gov. Lincoln Chafee of Rhode Island . They are the 1st officials to have the wherewithal to stand up to the Feds and the Atty. General on Medical Cannabis Laws. If a State passes a law- or better yet- Like Michigan, it reaches the Ballot and is passed by it's people- WHO are the Feds to interfere?

As Gov. Gregoire so eloquently stated "doctors believe it makes no sense to place marijuana in a more restricted category than opium and morphine. People die from overdose of opiates. Has anybody ever died from marijuana?”
