I have had many trips to many doctors this last year.

1 er visit

2 surg.

Neurosurgeon

Urologist

Ect.

Every Time at the hospital in pre admission you are asked the question if

you would like the hospital to forward to Primary Doc.

Same at any of the other doc. visits.

The patient has the right to not have there records sent to there primary.

How can they impliment this req. into our law.

basic HIPPA issue to me.
