Ingredients:

4 bell peppers of preferred variety

6 tbsp. cannabis olive oil

1 yellow onion (chopped)

1 pound ground beef

2 cloves garlic (minced or crushed)

1.5 cups cooked white rice

1 cup chopped tomatoes (gutted if preferred)

1 tbsp. fresh-chopped oregano

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Salt

Pepper

Paprika

Directions:

First bring a large pot of water to a boil and cut tops of peppers off and remove innards. Add a few hearty pinches of salt to the pot of boiling water, subsequently adding the 4 peppers. You will need to submerge them completely with a spoon initially. Boil until brightly colored, which should take around 3 minutes. Remove from the pot, drain and keep handy. Next, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and heat separate oil from the 6 tbsp. in a large frying pan on medium heat. Add the onions the the frying pan, followed a minute or two later by the garlic, cooking for an additional 45 seconds to a minute. Next, remove the frying pan from the burner and add the cooked rice, meat, oregano and tomatoes to the frying pan and cook until done. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and remove from the pan and place in a large bowl. Mix the ketchup and worcestershire sauce and 5 tbsp. of cannabis olive oil and mix thoroughly with the meat mix. When it's thoroughly mixed, disperse the remaining tbsp. of cannabis oil throughout the 4 peppers and fill the peppers with the meat mix. Place in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes, serve and enjoy.
