AlternativeSolutionsPlus Posted September 12, 2012 Report Share Posted September 12, 2012 Jalapeno Corn Muffins By Lindsey Merkin | September 05, 2012 19:54:35 PM CDT Ingredients: 1/4 cup cannabis olive oil 3/4 cup cornmeal 1/4 cup flaxseed bran 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos 1 cup flour 1/3 cup sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg 1 cup milk Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease muffin pan. In a large bowl combine corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Slowly stir in the egg, cannabis olive oil, and milk until mixed. Spoon batter into muffin pan and line top of muffins with jalapeno slices. Grease a 9 inch glass pie round. Combine the cannabis olive oil and the chili in a medium bowl until blended. Spread the softened cream cheese into the bottom of the pie round.
