Jalapeno Corn Muffins

Ingredients:

 

1/4 cup cannabis olive oil

3/4 cup cornmeal

1/4 cup flaxseed bran

1/4 cup sliced jalapenos

1 cup flour

1/3 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg

1 cup milk

 

Directions

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease muffin pan. In a large bowl combine corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Slowly stir in the egg, cannabis olive oil, and milk until mixed. Spoon batter into muffin pan and line top of muffins with jalapeno slices. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.[/background]

Baked Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

 

1/3 cup cannabis olive oil

1 package cream cheese, softened

1 can chili without beans

4 green onions, thinly sliced

1 small can diced green chilies, drained

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9 inch glass pie round. Combine the cannabis olive oil and the chili in a medium bowl until blended. Spread the softened cream cheese into the bottom of the pie round. Pour the chili mixture on top of the cream cheese. Top with onions, chilies and cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.
