Lost Card In The Mail?

So I have got every single card for myself and my patients except one, and it was the 2nd one I did so I was thinking maybe I didn't get approved but I called the MMMP and they said I was a registered caregiver for him, my question is now do I call them and say it was lost/stolen or what? I got 3 cards after, and registered these people a month AFTER this person, so I highly doubt it's coming, what to do??

I had a card lost in mail, called the State, and it was returned to them, they sent it back to me.

happens all the time. Just like DHS, keep copies of everything. If they loose the card you might have to resend in everything.....and always keep copies at Mom and Dads (or somewhere) different than your House in case stolen.
