Tonight- CBD only based legislation creeps into the mix in some states. Bills allowing for cannabis without THC have been discussed or introduced in Florida, Georgia, Wisconsin and elsewhere. The American Rights Conference series begins this weekend in Lansing and is also scheduled for next month in Grand Rapids. There has been another hideous ruling by the MI Court of Appeals in People v Tuttle which seems to further enforce the watering down of the affirmative defense from the previous ruling in the Hartwick case.

- Gary Storck - Member, board advisers, at Patients Out of Time, is a citizen of Wisconsin where the CBD only legislation is being considered. Charmie Gholson of Michigan Moms United and one of the main organizers of the American Rights Conferences, has researched the CBD only proposals and will discuss this topic as well as this weekend's conference in Lansing.
