As far as I know, the 6000$ fee is only for verifying your application. There is a chance they will not approve it. The other matter is they might need some proving documents. When I signed up for it, I was requested to show some proof I was capable of being a leader and engaging stakeholders. I found https://www.prendo.com/leadership-challenges/engaging-stakeholders and did some simulations there. Also, keep in mind that they usually take a year to come up with an answer. It will be a while since they give you any information. By the time they do, you should already have a business plan.
