Very sad state of events . Case appeared to have many opertunities for appeals even the Junior Prosecuter was seen pointing out the wrong defendant according to witnesses . Why when drugs are involved do they not have to prove intent or introduce patients needs . If this didnt work why would people risk all they do to create change to a true sensible policy like were supposed to have now . We should be working on things like getting a working affordable vaporizer into patients hands that meets hospital rules and regulations .

Patients cant be treated properly in jails .Substance abuse doesnt apply to them nor does tough love . Nobody wins in these convictions . A person in Stage 4 cancer is of course going to try to freeze enough to help them when they become totaly dehabillitated if they are trying to die in their rescidence . Most people have no clue what its like to die in our hospitals now a days . Its pure torture on machines with confusion , unbelievable costs ..its a unatural mad house . I myself am a SEVERE chronic pain patient most of it from side effects now of FDA meds taken off the market for death and unexplained disease they likely started not understood in our time . I am not alone and yet like in any time its not recognized and there are Witch hunts . Just let us at least die with some dignity . Dont cast aspersions were evil or criminals because MM works to ease our suffering and mental deterioration . Zero tolerance or Mandatory sentancing should not apply to patients trying to work within the law . Medical necessity with the AD should be a proper defense .
