So To Be A Caregiver I Need To Fill Out More Paper Work?

can i be a caregiver when i am my own? if so do I need to get a caregiver card? I sent my paper work in for me and X'ed in section c applicant/patient will be the one to possess patients marihuana plants. So i cant be a caregiver for others till i send it what????

when you find a patient they send in the paper work for you to be their c.g, the fill out the change of c.g and put your info including your drivers liscense or mi i.d, they run a back ground check on you to make sure you dont have a drug convicted fellony, and if all is good you get your card, the patient is the one that submits it, and the patient will get a new card with your name on the back as his c.g.

Hope this helps,,all you need to do is find a patient, they do the rest (u just photo copy you drivers liscense to send in with the app, most c.g pay the 10 bucks for the change form,
