Plants...

I have read everything I can get my hands on pertaining the the MMMA. As I read it, and as an LEO may see it, if you are drying/curing your plants and you separate them by branches, they could count each branch hanging as a single plant. Which would quickly put you over your limit if you have bushy plants. I plan on curing/drying my plants as a whole, root ball and all it's branches together, non-separated although manicured to allow for the best possible air flow and to lessen the chance of bud mold/rot. Since they will still count toward the plant limit of 12, this is one way the LEO's could and will, rest assured, test the law. Any thoughts? Thanks

I like your cautiousness. From what I've read they seem to try and count everything as a plant if they're there on a raid. I wouldn't think many judges or jurys would consider "chopped" drying material twards your plant count.
