Need Help.. What Does My Dr Have To Fill Out?

I am off to see my DR today.. he has never recomended MMJ ever before but I am hopeing to convinse him..

 

What do I need to walk away from his office with? do i need to print out any forms?

Print out the form from the MDCH http://www.michigan....09_272862_7.pdf Take in the Physician Certification form for your doctor to sign.

Bah he said its a stupid law and would rather i stay on the vicoden and muscle relaxers and nausia meds

 

Altho he did send my info down to MMMCC in oakland county

At least he didn't drop you as his patient, or tell you if you were going to use MM then he was done giving you the other meds. (Which is fine, but give a person a bit to adjust)

 

It stinks that it is taking this long for other Physicians to get on board with us, but others have not had as good of an experience.

 

Go to the MM clinic. It may take a few years......but eventually they will HAVE to see how MM is helping us!

Well he did say that once I do get MM he will be cutting me off the pain killers.... but i have been self medicating myself for a month to try this and I havent taken one pain killer this month after trying street herb for a month so I have high hopes I wont need them after I get ligit...
