Does anyone know the law as it relates to caregivers with children? Any particular restrictions?? I am wondering if there are any caregiver stories where people have been penalized, inconvenienced, or worse, because of anything to do with their "caregiver duties" crossing paths with their kids.??

Yes there is, search for "child protective service" there was a thread about it recently, very depressing.

well, here is the written law...... but take it as you wish.

 

section 333.26424-3c

 

"A person shall not be denied custody or visitation of a minor for acting in accordance with this act, unless the person's behavior is such that it creates an unreasonable danger to the minor that can be clearly articulated and substantiated."

 

personally, i take this as "don't live in a fire hazard and keep the grow room door locked at all times"
