I like the what the people of DC voted. If it was not for the feds, I bet this would have been the model other States would have followed. But what is this Council doing. Isn’t this what the people of DC voted for in 1998, and what our federal government finally decided to allow to let happen?

it hasnt been passed yet at the congressional level. it goes to the mayor next, who is expected to approve it, and then congress. I believe a moratorium was placed the previous bill of 98.
