Best Soil For Starting Out?

For an fng what you think about soils? I want to keep things as simple as posible.Also best way to keep oder suppressed( haved an ex brings son over that might have a cow). Thanks for responding so promptley to earlier post. The closer This comes to becoming a reality the more stoked i get.......

i have no problems directing folks to where an answer is located. as long as people understand that most of us have typed these answers a few times already
